Okay as long as you dont make purchases

Bought energy drinks but never received them. When I contacted support they requested proof of purchase, no problem I sent that. Week goes by I contact them again they say their tech guy has to verify I did not receive the item I purchased. Okay, I wait several days but hear nothing. Contacted Apple Support and they refunded the purchase immediately no questions asked. Still havent heard back from the games tech support though. I will be deleting this app but I wanted to share my purchase experience it might help someone else.
